Is the advertised price all-inclusive?
As a builder who believes in sticking to the agreed price, the price we agree on, is the price you pay! With no escalation clauses in our contracts and a Price Promise, you can rest assured that we will not invoke any increases unless there has a been a change in plan or specification as directed by you – because at Barrett, you’re part of the family.
Is my Barrett Home covered by any warranties?
Yes! All Barrett Homes are covered within our 10-year Structural Guarantee as covered by Master Builders. Talk your local sales agent about what this means. You will also be provided a comprehensive pack at handover containing information on warranties and maintenance for the products used in the construction of the property.
What if I notice any minor defects?
Our commitment to you is ongoing. Like any build, your home will take time to fully settle once complete. That’s why we provide a 3-month check-in where one of our team will be in touch to address any minor defects that may have arisen. Your build will also be covered by our 1 year remedial period.
